Step 11. Evaluate, Adjust, Continue

  • The evaluation is a facilitated meeting.
  • Material must be assembled and distributed prior
    to the meeting.
  • Participants must be prepared for the meeting – if
    not, uninvite them.
  • Evaluation’s are conducted with “no holds barred”
    in a very open and professional atmosphere.
  • People will be emotionally sensitive to having
    their work reviewed, be careful.
  • A report will formalize the findings and track the
    “progress”.
  • Follow-up meetings are scheduled until the
    complete “work” is done.

Report sample:

  • * Project, Process or Deliverable name
  • * Date of Review
  • * Phase
  • * Findings documented and their resolution
  • * Name of review participants
  • * Name of accountable leader
  • * Name of author
  • * Re-evaluation schedule for…
  • * Signature certifying changes completed.
