Step 10. Create Value and Innovation

Value

1. To begin creating value, the basic business operation must be ‘Good’ or higher. Nothing lower.

2. Understand the customers business & motivation.

Listen.

3. Understand your business.

4. Have a good relationship with all.

5. Thoroughly understand how to create an innovation.

6. Be able to integrate the solution into the current architecture or enable it to stand alone.

7. Use a project plan to drive success and speed.

8. Be iterative with the customer.

9. Keep the customer close and always in the loop – involved.

Innovate

10. Do the above.

11. Conduct small ‘thinking’ sessions with customer

12. Experiment – mistakes are ok

13. Think bold, daring, imaginative even disruptive
