Write out your answers and plans
- Identify and understand the relationship needs of individuals or organizations that can enhance the credibility and efficiency of the organization.
- Identify relationships that will or could possibly cause deterioration of credibility.
- Use direct countermeasure action(s) to reverse poor relationships.
- Conduct regular and frequent reviews of the relationship plan and it’s status.
- All leaders and their people are accountable for their relationships.
- One, single leader is accountable for the relationship plan.
- Closely linked in a cause and effect manner to the Relationship Plan is the Communications Plan. Both plans need to be worked with an awareness of and in concert with each other.
