Success is mandated by the ‘trick of pace’.
Often organizations seek to train everybody and do all the projects now.
Instead, what works best, is for the organization’s leadership to manage the process by selecting who needs to be trained, limiting the numbers and selecting only the most beneficial projects for the enterprise to be worked on – then to treat them as a project.
If you outline your expectations and inspect the work, you will see positive results.
Remember, your people also have their ‘day’ job to do.
