The team membership is never static.

Leader

  • Decision oriented
  • Focuses on big picture and results
 Innovator

  • Spontaneous thinker
  • Not always practical
Doer

  • Enjoys working with details
  • Focused on getting it done
 Relationship

  • ‘Loves’ to be around people
  • See’s the ‘good’ in everybody
  • You know who these people are.
  • Write out other attributes you want in these roles.
  • Tests are available to identify people for roles.
  • Remember – People will portray what they think you want, not
    always what they really are.
