Step 7. Realtionships are a Must

Write out your answers and plans

1. Identify and understand the relationship needs of individuals or organizations that can enhance the credibility and efficiency of the organization.
2. Identify relationships that will or could possibly cause deterioration of credibility.
3. Use direct countermeasure action(s) to reverse poor relationships.
4. Conduct regular and frequent reviews of the relationship plan and it’s status.
5. All leaders and their people are accountable for their relationships.
6. One, single leader is accountable for the relationship plan.
7. Closely linked in a cause and effect manner to the Relationship Plan is the Communications Plan. Both plans need to be worked with an awareness of and in concert with each other.
8. .Select people to interface with customers who are networking oriented.
